LongIslandValue.com is operated by Thomas Brady, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Director of Operations, together with Edana Kiernan, Owner and Licensed Real Estate Broker of Vintage American Realty, LLC, a New York licensed real estate brokerage. The website provides homeowners with a way to request a broker-prepared opinion of home value.
When you request a valuation, the website may collect your street address, town or city, ZIP code, name, telephone number, email address, and any other information you choose to provide in later communications.
The street-address field uses Photon, an address-search service based on OpenStreetMap data. When you type an address, the text you enter is sent to the Photon service to return address suggestions. Do not enter information in that field that you do not want transmitted to that service.
Valuation requests are submitted through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. The information you submit is transmitted through Formspree so that your request can be delivered to Thomas Brady and handled by Thomas Brady or Edana Kiernan.
Information you provide may be used to respond to your request, research the property and relevant comparable sales, prepare a broker opinion of value, communicate with you about the requested valuation or related real estate services, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

The website host and other service providers may automatically receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, pages requested, referring page, and date and time of access for security, reliability, and website operation.
If you choose “Allow tracking,” the home valuation page loads the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure page visits and successful valuation requests. It shares measurement events and technical information with OpenAI to help determine whether our ads led to a request. If you decline or make no choice, we do not load this pixel. Your valuation request can still be submitted.
The pixel can store an ad-click reference in the first-party __oppref cookie for up to 30 days and a browser reference in __obref for up to 365 days. When automatic advanced matching is enabled, supported contact information detected on the page is normalized and hashed in your browser before being included with conversion events. Hashing changes the format of information; it does not make it anonymous. Our event calls opt out of future user-level personalization.
